What are Scentchips®?Scentchips® are a wax chips with a patented leaf and flower design. Scentchips are hand poured using only the finest ingredients. We use a paraffin and soy wax blend, natural fragrance oils, and vegetable dyes. Our product is non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and will not evaporate materials into the air or give off smoke.
What sets Scentchips® apart from other home fragrance products or candles on the market today?
Scentchips® are the richest and strongest fragrance melt product on the market. We have over 72 individual fragrance choices along with over 150 blends to choose from. Scentchips stand apart from other products on the market by providing the unique opportunity for customers to create their own signature fragrance blends. Scentchips are the Original Fragrance Melt, created in 1979.
How long does the fragrance last?
Our 6 oz. box size provides enough fragrance to last 140 hours in a simmering pot while covering up to 2000 sq ft. The same amount will last for 5 years when used as a potpourri.
How can I use the product?
Scentchips provide the most fragrance when melted in a warmer (tea light or electric). Scentchips are made using a high ratio of fragrance to wax, and you will smell the difference. Scentchips can be used as a potpourri in small rooms, closets, gym bags, lockers and cars. Be sure to keep it out of the sun, as wax products will melt and can stain fabrics.
Will Scentchips melt in my car?
Scentchips can make a great car freshener. If you live in a warm climate like us here in San Antonio, the chips will melt if left in the direct sun. The best way to keep the product in your car is to put a sachet with half a box of chips underneath your seat. Place the chips on top of a protective piece of plastic or other similar material to protect your car floor. Please note, when used in a car that gets really hot during the day the fragrance will not last the full 5 years, rather will last between 1-3 years depending on your local climate.

Where are Scentchips® manufactured and sold?Scentchips® are hand made in San Antonio, Texas with another factory located in Australia. We have stores located throughout the U.S and internationally. We ship orders from our website all over the world and offer the convenience of 24/7 shopping.
Can I send items as a gift?
Yes. During the checkout process, you have the option to create a Gift Note for wedding, anniversary, birthday, general, and holiday.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MC, DISC and AMEX) and Pay Pal. We do accept personal checks; orders are shipped once the check has cleared.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax applies to all order shipped in Texas.
Delivery
What delivery options to you offer?
Our delivery options are USPS priority, regular post or UPS.
Where do you ship to?
We operate on an international platform and thus will ship anywhere in the world. Extra shipping fees may apply based on the location. If you have questions regarding your package please contact our customer service for support.
Customer Service
Can I return an order?
Scentchips does not accept unauthorized returns. If your warmer is damaged, we will be happy to replace it. Please contact our office at 800-4SCENTS (472-3687) for information on getting a credit or replacement. Damages must be reported within 10 days of receipt of package. Scentchips does not accept returns on custom blends. If you are unhappy with a pre made blend, you may send it back and we will sent you a replacement. Customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Do you have catalogs available?
Yes! Catalogs are carried in all Full line stores. We will also mail a free catalog to you upon request. Please call our corporate office at 800-4SCENTS (472-3687) for your catalog today.
Do you have special offers?
It is our pleasure to offer our customers special offers on a consistent basis. Members on our email list will receive monthly offers. Individual stores will also provide offers specific to their location. Please contact your local store for their current promotions.
If my warmer breaks or is not working correctly what should I do?
Call our customer service at 800-4SCENTS (472-3687) to order replacement parts or discuss having your warmer replaced.
How can I sign up for promotions or stop receiving promotional emails?
If you would like to sign up for our emails please fill out the information request located on the home page. If you no longer wish to receive our special offers there's an option at the bottom of the promotional emails that you can click in order to be removed from the list.
